Liz Rein is a member of the firm’s Litigation and Real Estate Practice Groups, where she represents both businesses and individuals in a broad variety of litigation and transactional matters.  Liz concentrates her practice in the following areas:

• Real estate law and litigation
• Construction law and litigation
• Civil litigation

She is licensed to practice law in the state courts of Minnesota and the U.S. District Court, District of Minnesota, and is a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association.

Liz completed her undergraduate studies at St. Olaf College, graduating magna cum laude and with departmental distinction in Psychology. She obtained her J.D. magna cum laude from the University of Minnesota Law School. Following law school, Liz clerked for The Honorable David Minge of the Minnesota Court of Appeals. She joined Hellmuth & Johnson in 2010.
